Directions from I-95 North (Broward / Palm Beach):

Take I-95 to Sample road. Exit Sample road west. Travel approx. 4 miles to STATE ROAD 7/US441. At STATE ROAD 7 make a left (south). Our office is a quarter of a mile down on the right side (west side of STATE ROAD 7) in the Outpatient Pavilion, attached to Northwest Medical Center.

Directions from I-95 South (South Broward / Miami-Dade):

Take I-95 north to Copans Road. Exit Copans Road and go west. Travel approx. 4 miles to STATE ROAD 7/US441. At STATE ROAD 7 make a right (north). Our office is approximately one mile north on the left side (west side of STATE ROAD 7) in the Outpatient Pavilion, attached to Northwest Medical Center.

Directions from Florida Turnpike North (Broward / Palm Beach):

Take the Florida turnpike south to Sample road. Exit Sample road west. Travel approx. 2 miles to STATE

ROAD 7/US441. At STATE ROAD 7 make a left (south). Our office is a quarter of a mile down on the right side (west side of STATE ROAD 7) in the Outpatient Pavilion, attached to Northwest Medical Center.

Take the Florida turnpike north to Atlantic Blvd. Exit Atlantic Blvd and go west. Travel approx. 2-3 miles to STATE ROAD 7/US441. At STATE ROAD 7 make a right (north).
